Watercourse Foods is a fan-favorite vegan restaurant in Denver, Colorado, offering a variety of dishes and desserts. Utilizing local vendors, dishes are made with fresh ingredients. Keeping nourishment in mind, menu items are free from artificial colors, preservatives, flavors, and hydrogenated fats, and some items are gluten-free, catering to many with dietary restrictions. 

Watercourse Foods is a community restaurant taking the well-being of staff into account by adding a service fee to all orders to help provide equitable living wages and the sharing of gratuities by employees. Every 2 months, a new artist’s artwork is featured in the restaurant, with the artwork on display for 3 months. Featured artists receive a $100 gift card, and artwork is also showcased on the restaurant’s website. 

Vegan comfort food is given a healthy makeover with the menu items ‘chicken and biscuits,’ breakfast sandwich, chorizo, and grits, among many others. Traditional fares such as butternut squash soup, cauliflower wings, and sesame-crusted tofu are also offered. With the wide variety of menu items offered, it’s easy to attain rewards. With every dollar spent, 1 point is earned, with 75 points earning $5.25. Discount days on Tuesdays provide 25% off on most to-go orders, and Thursdays provide anyone in the service industry 25% off on most items.
