The warm and comforting flavors of chicken broth without the chicken!
- 2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 TBSP poultry seasoning
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP garlic powder
- 1 TBSP dry parsley flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- Blend ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
- Use up to 1 tablespoon of broth powder per cup of water.
I use this vegan chicken-free broth powder to make Vegan Chicken Noodle Soup and when I'm making big pots of soup on chilly nights. I also use it when I'm simmering homemade chicken-style seitan and in stir-fry sauces. There's so many ways to use it for adding instant depth and complexity to the flavors of your plant-based culinary masterpieces!
