Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp ground fennel dried
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin dried
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme dried
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasonings
- 1 tbsp gluten flour
Liquid Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 tsp ground flax seed mixed in 2 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of flour
- 8 oz grated tempeh
Instructions
Dry Ingredients
- Mix ingredients in a small bowl
Liquid Ingredients
- Mix ingredients in another bowl
Tempeh Sausage
- COMBINE BOTH SMALL BOWLS AND THEN ADD THE GRATEDĀ TEMPEH. STIRRING TO BE SURE ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED WELL.Ā
- PLACE IN A SMALL CORNBREAD MOLD OR MAKE SMALL PATTIES AND BAKEĀ
- BAKE AT 375F. FOR 18 MINUTESĀ
