A nice, decedent chocolate mousse treat made with some healthy ingredients!
I love anything related to chocolate. Chocolate Cookies, chocolate icecream, chocolate cake..you name it. One of my favorite desserts is chocolate mousse. This recipe is so light and decedent and made with healthy ingredients.
- 1 Avocado
- 1 or 2 Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Agave Nectar
- Pinch Sea salt
- Pinch Cinnamon optional
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Coconut Shreds
- 1) Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- 2) Chill in refrigerator for at least a hour
- 3) Serve and top with optional strawberries, coconut shreds, vegan chocolate chips or any other topping of choice.
