Ingredients
- BATTER
- 1 cup White wheat flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 cup Franks red hot hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegan butter
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- RANCH DIP
- 2 tbsp Vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1 tsp Chives
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and paprika in a large bowl. Add in water and stir.
- 2. Toss cauliflower florets in batter mixture. Lightly spray your baking sheet with cooking oil and then add florets to the baking sheet. Place in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- 3. While that is baking, mix together your hot sauce and vegan butter on the stove top until butter is melted.
- 4. After florets have baked for 15 mins, pour the hot sauce mixture on top of the florets and toss to cover. Place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
- 5. Mix all ingredients to a bowl for Ranch Dip, serve and enjoy!
