The World’s Largest Vegan Festival To Feature Earthling Ed, Evanna Lynch, And More

Earthling Ed, a well-known animal rights activist, and Evanna Lynch, a Harry Potter icon, are among the huge names set to headline Vegan Camp Out 2022, the world’s largest vegan camping festival.

Plant-based friends all throughout the country can celebrate because there will be an extra day of activities at a new location next year. It’s also expected to draw a crowd of 15,000 people, up 4,000 from last year’s totals, in line with the plant-based movement’s expansion.

Vegan Camp Out 2022

To begin, the organizers confirm the date for next year’s event as well as the entire lineup. It will take place from Friday, July 15, to Monday, July 18, at Stanford Hall, a regal historic home in Leicestershire, UK.

So mark your calendars because an incredible list of celebrities will be in attendance, as well as wellness experts and leading vegan food manufacturers.

There will be presentations and yoga courses, as well as activism seminars, set to live music.

This year’s entrances include Bimini Bon Boulash, the “plant-based princess” from RuPaul Drag Race UK, and grime artist JME.

Lucy Watson, aka Gaz Oakley, Avant-Garde Vegan, Simon Amstell and Preacher Lawson, and The Happy Pear are among the newcomers.

Monami Frost, Mic the Vegan, Matt Pritchard, Macka B, Heather Mills, Nimai Delgado, and Biana Taylor will all be on hand to share their expertise.

“We are so happy to be back for Vegan Camp Out number six. We’ve got our biggest line-up yet and are finally adding an additional day to the festival to give people more time,” a spokesperson stated.

“We have now moved the venue and can’t wait for our biggest event yet! Watch this space.”

The ‘Inspiring’ Movement

Last year’s event, which featured celebrities such as Russell Brand and Chris Packham, was a huge success. It also comes after great acclaim was given after hundreds rallied to learn about the benefits of turning vegan despite the challenges created by COVID-19.

Viva!, a leading vegan nonprofit, is partnering with Vegan Camp Out. Juliet Gellatley, the organization’s founder and director, is one of the speakers on the 2022 agenda.

The teams came together because they shared a passion for veganism, and that is still the basis of Camp Out 2022.

Viva! is “delighted” to partner again, as it is the charity’s favorite festival, Gellatley states. Due to its “impressive array of inspiring speakers, music, entertainment and, of course, loads of delicious food.” But most importantly, according to Gellatley, is the welcoming and inspiring environment.

The exact number of food vendors is yet unknown, but Vegan Camp Out has verified that there will be 45 in all. Vegan food will be available, including burgers, kebabs, Indian cuisine, pizza, ice cream, and donuts.

Adult tickets for the entire weekend, which includes camping, cost £70. Children’s tickets are priced at £35.
