Pamela Anderson Launches Vegan Handbag Collection

Pamela Anderson, a vegan celebrity, has debuted a premium vegan handbag line made from apple skin leather.

Anderson collaborated with Ashoka Paris, a Parisian business, to produce the cruelty-free collection.

PETA-approved apple skin leather is used in every bag in the Pamela Shopping Collection.

Additionally, a percentage of the proceeds from the vegan handbag will be donated to animal welfare organizations and the Pamela Anderson Foundation.

Pamela Anderson’s Collection

Anderson’s current partnership with the vegan Parisian label is his second.

They had a successful launch of their first PETA-approved handbag range in 2020.

The Pamela Shopping Collection has a wide selection of designs in a variety of attractive neutral colors.

Its one-of-a-kind vegan leather is made in Italy from apples harvested in Bolzano orchards.

The apple peel is crushed into a fine powder and turned into a long-lasting and environmentally friendly cloth.

Pamela also includes an inspirational statement on the inside of each bag, which reads, “RESISTE! Inside every beautiful person is an activist wanting to defend the planet”.

Although the luxury purses come at a premium price, ranging from £225 to £279, revenues from the handcrafted item will be donated to animal welfare organizations and Anderson’s human, animal, and environmental rights organization, the Pamela Anderson Foundation.

Pamela Anderson’s Activism

Anderson has spent most of her career advocating for veganism and animal rights.

Over the years, the actress has worked closely with PETA, even opening a pop-up vegan restaurant in the south of France.

Pamela just sent Boris Johnson a letter begging him to remove the UK’s infamous bearskin guard headgear.

Vegan celebrities must also utilize their position to advocate good changes for our world and to encourage others to follow in their footsteps.
