Vegan favorite Black Radish Grocer launched a second location in St. Pete last month, at 246 Dr. M.L.K. Jr St N, across from the still-closed Coney Island Sandwich Shop.
The new site, like the original in V.M. Ybor at 2923 N 12th St., provides pickup, delivery, or appointment shopping in 20-minute intervals.
If you require additional time, browse the website and compile a list. There are plenty of vegan classics, such as Beyond meats and Daiya cheeses, as well as a slew of other tasty treats you won’t find in Publix. (I’m specifically referring to the Golden Krust Jamaican Spicy Patty.)
A deli in the St. Pete location serves hot, made-to-order plant-based sandwiches, daily specials, and other items. If you purchase online, double-check that you receive the correct address.
Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday are the current hours for both supermarkets.
