Michelle Li – “I was blown away by the food at Etérea. I’ve been to many vegan spots, Mexican themed as well, but this spot definitely found a way to shine. The corn ribs. My goodness the corn ribs. ..???? Make sure to order that. The guacamole is also solid. The nachos though really stole the show. They were beautiful and they glittered. Our group was in awe. The tacos were also really delicious, although I was so stuffed by the end. I also really enjoyed my drink, Yellow Pineapple. Great music and vibes. From a sustainability perspective they used planet friendly straws and minimal single use items ????looking forward to going back! Shout out to Michael for taking care of our group!.”
