Karina Inkster is your go-to, no-B.S. vegan fitness and nutrition coach. She's a Certified Personal Training Specialist and Certified Online Trainer with a Master’s degree in Gerontology, specializing in health and aging.
Karina is the author of five books, a writer for several magazines, and host of the No-Bullsh!t Vegan podcast (available on all major podcasting platforms, and syndicated on local radio).
