I am a Registered Dietitian with a PhD in nutrition, and over 15 years of experience with changing lives through better nutrition. I have worked as a lecturer in nutrition at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK and Ryerson University, Canada.
I love working with clients to help them to achieve their wellness goals. If you are looking to lose weight, I can help you do it in a healthy and mindful way, and keep it off too.
I have worked as a Dietitian in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia for organizations such as Unicef and the World Food program. I have broad and diverse experience as I have worked in research and teaching as well as public health and clinical practice. I am fascinated by nutrition and I love bringing wellness and fitness into my own life. I eat a whole foods, plant-based diet and I love to cook and bake with my four children. Fitness brings joy to my life; I am a runner and speed walker and I’ve completed five half marathons, one marathon, two ultramarathons and one self-styled Ironman. I believe in the power of activity to help improve our mental and physical health. I bring all of this joy and experience to my practice.
