Brothers Meatballs was founded by brothers and food industry veterans Mauro and Sergio Corbia who hail from the isle of Sardinia, Italy. When they joined forces with second-generation Italian Chef Mark Mittleman, their self-proclaimed brother from another mother, the concept for Brothers Meatballs was born. Mauro was the founder and creator of Mauro’s Cafe inside Fred Segal—a long-standing LA hot spot. Dissatisfied with the amount of plant-based dining options reminiscent of the home-cooked meals their mother once made, the brothers were determined to create a menu so delicious it would appeal to herbivores and omnivores alike. Inspired by the food Mama so lovingly prepared for Sunday suppers, these meatballs are a modern take on a family classic. All menu items are 100% plant-based and made with Mama’s secret ingredient: love.
