Terri Quenzer, Ph.D. Terri is passionate about helping others take their life back with the power of plant-based nutrition! Terri teaches the nuts and bolts of a plant-based diet, including how to cook delicious and satisfying plant-based foods as well as the science behind the nutrition to make plant-based eating easy and fun. She has transformed the lives of many people by helping them completely turn their health around and lose excess weight with plant-based nutrition. And she can do the same for you. Terri turned to plant-based nutrition after a career at Pfizer helping to design new medications for cancer, diabetes, glaucoma, and HIV. Why? Because plant-based nutrition prevents and treats most diseases and unlike medications, has only positive side effects such as normalized blood pressure and blood sugar, lower cholesterol, more energy, weight loss, and many more. In fact, plant-based nutrition prevents the need to take medication and typically reduces or completely eliminates medications for those who are taking medication. Terri has helped more people transform their lives through plant-based nutrition than with the medications she was helping to design. Terri’s background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico, a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, a Professional Certificate in Plant-Based Cooking from Rouxbe Cooking School, and a Certificate of Completion of a one-year Health Coach Training Program from Hilton Johnson Productions.
