Tempeh Sausage

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp ground fennel dried
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin dried
  • 1/4 tsp ground thyme dried
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasonings
  • 1 tbsp gluten flour

Liquid Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp ground flax seed mixed in 2 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of flour
  • 8 oz grated tempeh

Dry Ingredients

  • Mix ingredients in a small bowl

Liquid Ingredients

  • Mix ingredients in another bowl

Tempeh Sausage

  • COMBINE BOTH SMALL BOWLS AND THEN ADD THE GRATED TEMPEH. STIRRING TO BE SURE ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED WELL. 
  • PLACE IN A SMALL CORNBREAD MOLD OR MAKE SMALL PATTIES AND BAKE 
  • BAKE AT 375F. FOR 18 MINUTES
