In skillet, cook JUST Egg until lightly browned and crisp with a tsp of olive oil.
Place JUST Egg into musubi press with plastic wrap and place rice ontop. Press rice down firmly.
Sprinkle with seasoned furikake and toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
Remove JUST Egg and rice from musubi press 5. On work surface, cut nori and wraps to desired width.
Lay nori shiny-side-down; top with pressed JUST Egg and rice. Wrap nori around pressed JUST Egg and rice. Then wrap with wonton wraps.
Place wrapped product back in skillet, till lightly golden on both sides. Drizzle with Truffle oil. sprinkle sesame seeds and top with Edible Flowers. Serve immediately!
