Vegan Valentine Sangria

Pull out ALL the stops for the sangria lover in your life with this unique blend of romance-inspired fruits and flowers. If this drink doesn't set the mood, nothing will!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups strawberries topped and halved
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries divided
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 750- ml bottle Vegamaro Red Wine
  • 1 750- ml bottle Brut Champagne, sparkling wine, or rosé
  • 1.5 fl oz rose liqueur
  • 1 fl oz cherry liqueur
  • 1 fl oz orange liqueur
  • Petals of 2 red roses divided

Suggested Garnish

  • Frozen strawberries as garnish
  • Frozen raspberries as garnish
  • Frozen Pomegranate arils as garnish
  • Rose petals as garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberries, 1 cup raspberries, and petals of one rose to the bottom of a large, lidded container.
  • Add pomegranate juice, red wine, and liqueurs.
  • Cover and chill 4 hours (or overnight), then strain into a serving pitcher.
  • Add champagne or sparkling wine just before serving.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with optional rose petals, frozen strawberries, raspberries, and/or pomegranate arils.
