My Story

I love to drink a nice glass of fresh juice in the morning. The options and combinations are endless. Here is one of my favorites.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 beets
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 bushel of kale

Instructions
 

  • 1) Wash ingredients and put in a juicer.
