1. Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and paprika in a large bowl. Add in water and stir.
2. Toss cauliflower florets in batter mixture. Lightly spray your baking sheet with cooking oil and then add florets to the baking sheet. Place in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
3. While that is baking, mix together your hot sauce and vegan butter on the stove top until butter is melted.
4. After florets have baked for 15 mins, pour the hot sauce mixture on top of the florets and toss to cover. Place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
5. Mix all ingredients to a bowl for Ranch Dip, serve and enjoy!
