This unique pizza combines the flavors of Mexican street corn with the savory goodness of Thrilling Foods Bakon™️ on a crispy pizza crust – a taste sensation that's sure to delight your taste buds.

Instructions
Prepare Pizza Dough
1. Activate the Yeast
In a bowl, whisk together warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes to ensure the yeast becomes active and foamy.
2. Prepare the Dry Ingredients
In a food processor with an 11-cup capacity or larger, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, and salt.
3. Blend the Wet and Dry Ingredients
Stir the olive oil into the yeast liquid. With the food processor running, slowly pour the yeast mixture through the top of the food processor. Continue blending until the dough starts to come together.
4. Knead the Dough
Once the dough forms and the machine begins to labor to turn it, remove the dough from the food processor.
Knead the dough by hand on a floured surface until it feels smooth and elastic.
5. Rise and Rest
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a tea towel.
Let the dough rise for 30-60 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
6. Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
7. Prepare the Street Corn
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and vegan butter over medium-high heat.
Add the frozen corn and sauté until it's heated through and slightly charred.
Season with cayenne pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
8. Roll Out the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a 12-inch pizza crust on a floured surface.
9. Assemble the Pizza
Place each pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread the prepared Street Corn evenly over the pizza crusts.

10. Bake the Pizza

11. Prepare the Elote Aioli
While the pizza is baking, mix together the vegan mayo, lime juice, salt, and chipotle powder in a small bowl. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
12. Finish and Serve
Once the pizzas are out of the oven, drizzle the Elote Aioli over the top.
