Arriving at 7:00 P.M. or 8:00 P.M. is perfectly great!** \nDid someone say VEGAN SUSHI?!!! I have been a fan of Beyond Sushi since I first learned about them at the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival. They have several locations\, and their W. 37th is their largest. In addition\, they branched out to affiliates Willow\, Coletta\, and Anixi. \nThey were winners on Shark Tank with an initial idea to expand the restaurant to Los Angeles! They use multigrain or forbidden rice for their sushi rolls!! Mmmmm! \nEveryone pays for themselves; credit cards\, cash\, and Apple Pay accepted. \n**FOR OUR NEW MEMBERS** – We are an incredibly friendly\, FUN\, and welcoming group! I’ve never had vegetarian tuna sushi before and figured it would be tasty\, but it was next level\, and it tasted exactly like tuna sushi. What alchemy is this? Lots of veggies used to create masterful sushi replicas. Definitely hit the spot. I also had the Planet Pale Ale and omg it was so good! I immediately looked up if we have this beer in California and we don’t. I’m sad because it was so good! Then I tried the rainbow roll – it was excellent! So so good! A bit spicy so I scraped a bit of the siracha off BUT it was exactly what I wanted in sushi. I also didn’t realize that around 5 until 6 they have a happy hour where drinks are half off (beer and wine only I think) what a great deal!! Definitely redeemed my first review. My waiter was amazing tonight too. I’m sad I didn’t catch his name but he was great! Thank you guys!
