As part of this friendly competition 10 DC-area restaurants are debuting new plant-based dishes for customers to vote for their favorites. \nLet’s meet at Asian Grill in Springfield which is [debuting three plant-based dishes](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Nh4eEjLtGZPwp4L2qnJ-Ye44tdmeHjZm/view): 1) Lettuce Wraps\, 2) Salt & Pepper Eggplant\, 3) Chef’s Special String Beans. You can also order vegan options from their [regular menu](https://www.asiangrillspringfield.com/order/main/vegetable-menu). \nAll are welcome—join for good company\, good food\, and weigh in on the Vegan Chef Challenge! \nAsian Grill is located in Springfield\, and is a 12 minute drive/taxi from the Springfield Franconia Metro.
