We look forward to hosting you at Coletta”. \nFor those of you who have never heard of Chef Guy Vaknin\, Guy is a world renowned vegan chef\, celebrated for his distinctive and approachable plant-based cuisine. Together with his wife\, Tali\, they developed their signature vegan sushi and the Beyond Sushi brand was born. After successfully opening multiple Beyond Sushi locations throughout New York City\, the duo continued their vision of creating global vegan cuisine by opening Willow and Coletta. \nAnd Coletta has been well received by the vegan community\, since opening in Gramercy Park this past Valentine’s Day. Those two appetizers absolutely stole the show of the night. For our entree\, we shared the Wild Mushroom Truffle Pizza (GF) and the Penne alle Vodka (GF). Both were great\, but again\, the appetizers remain in first place for me. After dinner\, I enjoyed a Raspberry Limonchello cocktail\, which was delicious and sweet\, with the perfect amount of alcohol.*\n*The restaurant is a smaller space with a bar\, but seems to go back very far into different rooms.
