Meta Burger is a plant-based, fast-casual restaurant specializing in innovative burgers, sandwiches and desserts. Meta Burger is more than just the newest iteration of the plant-based fast-casual experience, it is a brand new concept that will alter the public’s perception of plant-based restaurants. The concept for Meta Burger is built on three pillars that will guide its inevitable success; scalability, efficiency and simplicity.
Meta Burger is owned and operated by Michael Reeves and Matthew Coates. Together they have over 14 years managing restaurants along with nine years’ experience in plant-based establishments. Matt and Michael are energetic, fast-paced workers who excel in the kitchen, interacting with guests, and in managing the operational and financial details of a restaurant.
Meta Burger has been born of both an amazing opportunity for success and rapid positive change for animals, the environment and human health. Meta Burger is not just a single restaurant concept, it is designed from the ground up to be a chain of restaurants with the flexibility to open anywhere and operate seamlessly with very little support from a corporate office. The initial goal of Meta Burger is to bring great, accessible plant-based food to cities across the Midwest as well as larger untapped markets.
