Shannon Hershman

Since becoming a Tier 2 BASI instructor at Flow, Shannon has completed multiple certifications including Trigger Point Foam Rolling, the Biomechanics Method, Yamuna Body Rolling (Phase I & II), Yamuna Foot Fitness, the American Ballet Theater National Training Curriculum (Pre-Primary-Level 3), and Fascial Stretch Therapy Level 1. She attended a 3 day intensive with Esther Gokhale in the Gokhale Method. Shannon has a passion for continuing education and sharing her knowledge. She values an approach to treating the body from a holistic point of view. In addition to teaching Pilates, Shannon holds a plant based nutrition certificate from eCornell and has taught dance for over 20 years. Her choreography has been featured multiples times in the top 12 of the Youth America Grand Prix (both regionals and finals) as well as numerous competitions throughout Chicagoland.
