Hi! I’m Meredith, a long time plant-based eater, former creative person turned science nerd, and your veg-friendly nutritionist.
As an RD, I only provide scientifically-backed, evidence-based nutrition advice. The research on plant-based diets consistently indicates how beneficial having a diet full of plants is. And while I encourage everyone to incorporate more fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains I also believe that it’s important to still enjoy things like pasta, chips, chocolate, and cake. I truly believe that health and happiness come from a well-balanced diet that emphasizes plants but also leaves room for the other stuff.
