Mena Swanson Eastwood

Hi, my name is Mena Swanson Eastwood, BS, MS, LAc. I am a State Board and Licensed Acupuncturist, Medical Herbalist, and Practitioner of Chinese Medicine. As well as a Certified Health Coach through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), Licensed Massage Therapist, Qigong & Meditation Instructor and Reiki Master/Teacher.

I have been in the health profession for more than 20 years. I specialize in Women’s Health & Wellness: Digestive, Reproductive, Hormonal, Peri/Menopausal, Psycho-Emotional & Psycho-Spiritual, Weight Loss and Wellbeing.

I offer holistic detox/cleanse programs, Whole Food Plant-Based education, health & wellness coaching to groups, as well as one on one in my office or by phone or internet. When working with my patients/clients I feel it is invaluable to incorporate Mind, Body, Emotion, Energy and Spirit.
