Marina Yanay-Triner went plant based over 7 years ago, and is inspired by the importance of looking after our planet, practicing compassion towards human and non-human animals as motivations to continue eating plant based to this day. Today, she consumes a high-raw, whole food plant based diet, and coaches groups and individuals on how to go and stick to a healthy, whole food plant based diet. Her specialty is in focusing on mindset, in addition to providing her clients with delicious recipes and meal plans to follow, and teaching them about the nutritional requirements required to eat plant based. Through her coaching, she covers it all: grocery lists, meal planning and prep, and mindset, and works with clients from all over the world.
