I am an online Vegan Nutritionist and schedule most of my clients with video meetings for plant-based nutrition coaching. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Sports & Fitness Nutrition Coach.

I specialize in holistic wellness and weight loss, and my programs include custom vegan meal plans, holistic nutrition lessons, and diet analysis with a weekly food journal.

I run my Personal Training and Nutrition business out of a fitness studio in Mesa Arizona. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in weight loss and toning. As a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, I am an expert on correcting posture and exercise technique.
