Karen Smith, RD

Karen Smith is the face behind Runs on Plants RD. Karen is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has over 14 years of experience as a registered dietitian and has been a certified diabetes educator since 2017. Karen’s personal experience of changing her omnivorous diet to a fully plant-based diet in 2014 helps her relate with her clients who want to change their diet and do not know how or where to start. Karen will meet you wherever you are on your journey to improving your health and help empower and support you in achieving your goals.
