Jen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in plant-based nutrition and food sensitivities. She takes an integrative/functional nutrition approach with her clients. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Philadelphia, PA before completing a rigorous dietetic internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Jen has a passion for healthy living and a deep appreciation for the fundamental role that food plays in a healthy lifestyle. She is a Certified Plant-Based Cook, a Certified Lactation Counselor and a Certified Lifestyle Eating And Performance (LEAP) dietitian. Jen recently moved back to Chester County, PA after spending 6 years in sunny Florida!
Jen is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) specializing in vinyasa style flows. She graduated from Bella Prana Yoga & Meditation Studio’s 200 hour teaching training in 2019. She is available for both private yoga sessions and group sessions.
