About Us

Located in the heart of downtown Salem, Infinity Room is a beautiful marriage of legendary Salem venues Capital City Theater and The Space Concert Club making it the city's new home for live entertainment and out of this world food.

Our kitchen is intentionally vegan and designed to be as accessible as possible for those with allergies and dietary restrictions. We believe in providing delicious food options that everyone can enjoy. Please let your server or bartender know if you have any questions or requests. We are happy to alter menu items to make them suitable for you. Nearly all of our items are made in house, including the sandwich bread, burger buns, slider buns, queso, chili, hummus, beans, desserts, dressings, bar mixers and sauces. The pre-made items we carry are chosen based on their excellent quality and locality. We are proud to serve Field Roast, Before the Butcher, and Follow Your Heart products all of which are west coast based!

We make all of our buns, breads and donuts with Manny’s Choice Italian wheat flour, a delicious and unique wheat flour imported from Italy which seems to me much more easily digested for people with intolerance to American wheat and gluten, allowing them to enjoy the foods they normally have to avoid.
