Heather Reseck, RDN, CD, CLT is a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in plant-based nutrition and food sensitivities. She teaches monthly hands-on plant-based cooking classes, develops gluten-free and vegan recipes, and does nutrition coaching with a focus on food first. Heather is also trained as a functional nutritionist.
