Cornbread Cafe was founded in 2010 as a food cart, opening our first brick & mortar in 2011. There are now two locations for your southern food dining pleasure. Visit us at our newest New Orleans-inspired location, set in a renovated 1911 building at 338 Main Street, downtown Springfield, Oregon - Tues-Sat 11-9 (often open later on weekends for live music). Offering Cajun & Creole-inspired food in Springfield, along with many Eugene menu favorites. Cornbread is first and foremost about community and the great food is a bonus. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive environment for our staff and guests, while keeping as many animals off of plates as possible and fighting daily for social justice and the environment
