I’m Arnold - a passionate Holistic Health Coach specialized in plant-based nutrition, detoxing the body, and in helping people experience unparalleled vitality in their lives. After completing my master’s degree in International Security at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (SciencesPo) I went on to study holistic health and nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, becoming a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Since then my expertise in nutrition, wellness, leadership, and personal development has led me to create successful and innovative strategies to support my clients on their path of transformation. My main area of focus is weight loss. I work with clients one-on-one as well as in groups.
