The main group will be meeting in the Rooftop area around 7:30pm after ordering our vegan meals, but it is ok to meet us later if you need to. TimeOut Market provides New York’s most innovative eating-and-drinking destination and features the city’s top chefs, most-talked-about restaurants and buzziest drinks, plus the latest in arts and culture, all together on the beautiful Brooklyn waterfront — overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge, the East River, and Lower Manhattan. (It is a beautiful sight, and especially fun on a summer night.) Come join us as we’ll try different veg*n establishments at this venue and enjoy the spectacular river, bridge and Manhattan skyline views.

We plan to buy takeout food at TimeOut Market and go to the rooftop at Level 5, feel free to buy your choice of food/drink as you wish. There are quite a few establishments at the TimeOut Market that serve 1 or 2 vegan options, I would highly recommend you to explore. These are mostly on the ground floor. BKLYN Wild is the only full vegan venue and it is on the ground floor. Please order to-go food to dine by the Timeout Market Rooftop at Level 5. Level 5 itself also has a few vegan options at the few food vendors there. Meetup members will be hanging out at this level.

Granted this place does not run cheap but I am happy to pay a little bit more for the experience and flexibility. The place is very clean – much more so than similar places in LA or San Francisco with options for everyone! There are many different food types including drinks those that cater to vegans and vegetarians and several bars. We were happy to pick up some cool IPAs we cannot get at home! We grabbed an açaí bowl, ramen , avocado toast and salad from various vendors and everyone enjoyed their dishes ! Great place !*”
